Who This Is For:

You are already high-performing. That is not in question.
What’s in question is the ceiling you keep hitting that has nothing to do with skill, capital, hours, or effort. You’ve spent months, maybe years, getting ready for the next chapter — be it starting a new venture, raising that fund, taking the promotion, growing your family, stepping into the role you’ve been circling for years, leaving the job that stopped fitting who you are.

This program is built for:

Founders and Entrepreneurs

This is for founders and entrepreneurs whose growth has outpaced the identity they built it on.

Physicians and Resident Doctors

Physicians & Entrepreneurs carrying decision-load and pressure that never fully switches off, even outside the hospital.

High Performing Individuals

High performers looking to regain that edge or missing spark.

If you've already tried therapy, coaching, or executive development and gained insight without a change in outcome, you are the exact profile this was engineered for.

What's Actually Running The Show

Every decision you make runs through an operating system you did not fully write. It was compiled early — by other people, early wins, early failures, institutions, and circumstances you no longer answer to. You hear it in how you talk to yourself:

I got lucky. Eventually people will figure that out.

Everyone else in the room has this figured out but me.

I can't step back — if I do, it all falls apart.

I'm too far in to start something new.

That is the trap. There’s always a next milestone. Your next chapter seems to be behind a finish line that seems to keep moving the moment you reach it.

You look composed in every room that matters. That’s not the same as being fine.

Meanwhile, coffee’s become a requirement, not a preference. The evening drink, nicotine, or prescription is less of a habit and more of a way to force a pause you won’t otherwise give yourself. And here’s the part that keeps it invisible: everyone around you is running the same way, so it doesn’t register as a problem — it registers as normal, a price of success. It’s not — it’s a pattern that got mistaken for one.

What is the Wait Costing You?

You already know what you want. Something’s stopping you — and you can’t name what.

People wait years to leave the wrong partner or co-founder, to leave the wrong job, or to finally start the business they’ve talked about since 25.

What value would you place on the amount of time spent trying to get ready — financially, emotionally —  without ever knowing precisely what’s holding you back?

What would it mean to close that gap and execute on the next chapter now, instead of years from now?

What would it mean for your legacy?

If you’ve already tried therapy, coaching, or executive development and gained insight without a lasting change in outcome, you are the exact person this was engineered for.

How It Works:

Insight alone doesn’t change behavior permanently. That’s why coaching and talk therapy plateau. Real change happens at the level the pattern was formed — not at the level it shows up.

Think of it less like therapy and more like engineering. A pattern that isn’t serving you isn’t a flaw to manage — it’s a circuit that got wired the wrong way, early, before you had a say in it.

You don’t manage a miswired circuit. You rewire it.

At the NCS, we use a systematic, step-by-step approach to:

Identify — Isolate the exact pattern producing the outcome you want changed. Precision here is what makes everything downstream fast.

Origin — Trace the specific formative experience that fused the pattern to your identity. This is the root, not the symptom.

Transform — Rewrite the pattern at the root. Because the change happens at the source, it doesn't require ongoing willpower, discipline, or maintenance to hold.

How Does It Differ from Traditional Therapy?

Traditional therapy serves the clock, not the work. A fixed 50-minute hour, whether or not the work is done.

The NCS Way is One Day, One Client. Transformation isn’t bound by the hour — so we don’t run sessions by the hour.

A Transformation Session at the NCS runs until the work is done. Most take at least 2–3 hours. There’s no stop time but yours.
Most clients come to the NCS after they have tried other modalities of therapy for months or years.
At the NCS, most clients report meaningful change within one or two sessions.

Proof, Not Promises:

Skepticism is the right response to any claim of fast change. Most clients here already tried everything else first.

I have released any urge to smoke and feel indifferent to it. I have a vibrant community where smoking is the norm, but I now have all the power to not smoke.

Roy National TV Reporter, Pakistan

The version of me who walked into that session was afraid and frustrated. The version who walked out was happier, lighter, hopeful and free... I don't react as much as I used to, and the emotional charge that would usually happen is so much less. I feel peace for the first time.

Bradley Business Owner, Canada

My income has stabilized as I've stopped the pattern of feast-or-famine finances... the constant anxiety I felt around money has been replaced with a sense of calm empowerment.

Adriana Musician and Entrepreneur, Spain

By the end of the session my mood completely changed. I left feeling like I could do anything, because for the first time in a while I had clarity.

Leonilde Author / Business Owner, Portugal

My need for external validation disappeared — I feel more settled and sure about my identity." Weeks later, she was invited as a guest speaker and appeared in an hour-long podcast interview.

Anisoara Therapist / Business Owner / Podcaster, Romania

I am still aware of the experiences, but they no longer hold the same level of power over me." *(After years of counselling, group therapy, CBT, and other modalities.)

What People Are Asking

Frequently Asked Questions

What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is the specific methodology this program is built on — created by Marisa Peer, combining principles from hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and cognitive behavioral techniques to find and resolve the root cause of a pattern, and install a change that lasts, often in a single extended session.

Is this hypnosis? Will I lose control?

Hypnotherapy is part of the methodology — but not the version you're picturing. No stage hypnosis, no swinging pendulum, no loss of control. Instead, it's a guided, deeply relaxed state of focused attention, used methodically to access the subconscious pattern driving a behavior. You remain fully aware throughout, and you won't say or do anything against your will. This state is similar to the brain state you achieve while driving a familiar road or while watching movies. Most of what actually drives behavior — habits, reflexive reactions, automatic beliefs — runs below conscious awareness. Our work isn't about losing control; it's about quieting the conscious, analytical processing enough for us to work directly with that automatic layer, instead of just talking about it.

Is this a Medical Treatment or Psychotherapy?

No. This is not the practice of medicine, psychiatry, or psychology, and there's no doctor-patient relationship — even though Dr. Das is a physician. If you're currently under psychiatric or medical care, we encourage you to keep that care in place alongside this work.

Is this Therapy or Coaching?

No. This is not the practice of medicine, psychiatry, or psychology, and there's no doctor-patient relationship — even though Dr. Das is a physician. If you're currently under psychiatric or medical care, we encourage you to keep that care in place alongside this work.

How Confidential Is This, Really?

Fully. What you share in session stays with you and Dr. Das. If your engagement was referred by an employer or fund, they receive nothing about the content of your work — not notes, not a summary, not a progress report. See our full confidentiality policy for the specific exceptions required by law.

Why Not Just Find Another RTT Practitioner?

RTT itself is a rigorously validated methodology — recognized by the Royal Society of Medicine and the field's leading accreditation bodies. But the depth of training among practitioners who deliver it varies widely — entry points range from a focused certification course to practitioners bringing decades of prior clinical or scientific background. Dr. Das trained directly, in person, under Marisa Peer, RTT's founder, and brings her medical degree and a Stanford neuroscience background to every session. You're choosing a validated methodology — and who delivers it matters just as much.

Why Does it Cost So Much?

It doesn't, next to what you're actually comparing it to. A single executive coaching engagement commonly runs $5,000 to $30,000, and premium programs that combine coaching with deeper therapeutic work often land at $10,000 to $15,000 for a few months of work. Starting at $5,000 for a complete engagement — Strategy Session, unclocked Transformation Session, three structured follow-ups, a 30-Day Review, a second session if needed, and a guarantee — the NCS sits at the floor of that market, not above it.

Why Not Just Use My Employer's EAP or Mental Health Benefit?

EAP benefits are valuable for what they're built for — general support and short-term counseling. But they're typically capped at a handful of sessions, generalist by design, delivered hourly, and run through your employer's system — which is why many high performers hold back in them even when they're technically confidential. This is different by design: unclocked sessions, root-cause methodology, and complete separation from your employer, even when the engagement was referred by one.

What Actually Happens in a Transformation Session?

You remain conscious and in control throughout. It's a deeply relaxed, focused state — not stage hypnosis, and you won't say or do anything against your will. Dr. Das guides you back to the root memory driving the pattern, then works directly at that root — not a conversation about the problem, an intervention on it. You'll leave with a bespoke recording to reinforce the change.

Is this covered by FSA/HSA or Insurance?

Possibly. Hypnotherapy and RTT can be reimbursable through an FSA or HSA with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your own healthcare provider, tied to a specific diagnosed condition. We provide detailed receipts to support a reimbursement claim. This isn't guaranteed — check with your plan administrator.

The Process: How to Begin

Take the First Step Towards A Clearer Mind

Capacity is intentionally limited. Every engagement begins with an application, not a sales call — because the fit has to be real for the speed to be real:

Apply → 48-hour review → Complimentary 45-minute strategy & fit session → Enrollment.

You’ll get a direct answer on fit. Fast. If it’s not a match, you’ll know before you spend a dollar.
